01Acceptance
By creating an account or registering for a cohort with Inteliineurapp, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
02Eligibility
Inteliineurapp is offered exclusively to investors who qualify as sophisticated, professional, or accredited under their home jurisdiction.
- You are at least eighteen years of age.
- You have not been sanctioned or prohibited from making investments of this kind.
- You can bear the full economic risk of loss of the capital you commit.
03Cohort allocation
Each quarter Inteliineurapp accepts up to ten new investors per cohort. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at cohort open.
04Fees & lockup
| Management fee | 1.5% per annum, accrued daily, paid quarterly. |

| Performance fee | 20% of net profits above the high-water mark, paid annually. |
| Lockup | 90 days from the date of deposit. |
05Risk disclosure
Investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
06Withdrawal
After lockup, you may submit a redemption request through your investor portal.
07Termination
Inteliineurapp reserves the right to terminate any investor's participation, with or without cause, where required by law or by our compliance program.
08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the home jurisdiction of Inteliineurapp.
